Leanne Walsh, Director of Bright Happy Schools, was an early pioneer in integrating the principles of Positive Psychology within Australian workplaces by developing and implementing evidence-based ‘Inside Out’ programs, which have been shown to statistically significantly improve employee psychological well-being.
Leanne is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Master of Education and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design.
An inspirational educator, researcher, author and speaker, Leanne draws on current research in educational and positive psychology to design and develop innovative learning solutions that she hopes will change lives.
Dr Robert Gow is the Managing Director of Gow Learning International and Director of Bright Happy Schools.
Robert's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, A Master of Education, a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy.
Robert completed his PhD in Education and believes people learn best when they have the opportunity to apply their learning in authentic, practical, work-related learning experiences.
Currently an academic at the University of Sydney and an Adjunct at the University of Canberra, and with vocational education and secondary school experience, Robert knows the importance of making available accredited learning that is practical, time-efficient and potent.
